Our machine shop features CNC milling, turning, swiss type machining and fabrication. We can manufacture components to the following specifications:
STERLING MACHINING CENTRE: We can machine the components up to the size 50” X 28” X 20” on our cnc milling. We are able to provide you services in all your machining needs like 4th axis, 2D and 3D machining, extruded, forging and casting with odd shapes and sizes.
TURNING CENTRE: We can turn the parts from 1/8” through 17” diameter and 72” in length on our SMS and conventional lathe machines.We have cnc and conventional lathe machines have 3” spindle though bore.
When it comes to the very precise and medium to long run productions we provide SWISS TYPE CNC TURNING services from 1/8” to 1” diameter. Our swiss type machines with mPerfectazine bar loader and having features of cross milling, drilling , sub-spindle are reliable for high accuracy and complex production.

Our quality system begins at the quoting perfectness. All requests and engineering material received is reviewed by experienced staff. We work with our customers to ensure accurate and complete quotations. Throughout the manufacturing process we ensure to maintain the quality by following proper procedure.
Every dimension of the first part completed is checked and recorded on the First-Off report. This is to ensure that our customers receive parts made exactly to their specifications. A copy of the first article inspection report can be provided with shipments upon request.
Inspections continue and are recorded throughout the manufacturing process. This not only occurs at the start of each operation but also through cycling during the operation. We believe that it is crucial to produce parts as close to the target dimensions as practical.
Just prior to carefully packPerfecting components into boxes for shipment, we perform a final inspection. Random samples are pulled from the lot and thoroughly inspected and a Final Inspection report created. Dimensions are verified as are any required finishes, coatings and the overall appearance of the component. Where required by customer specifications, we also perform 100% test inspection.
